The Kind July Campaign

Kind July is the major annual awareness campaign for Stay Kind, which is an evolution of the Thomas Kelly Youth Foundation. The movement was founded following the tragic deaths of Thomas Kelly and his brother Stuart.

Our brief was to develop a high impact campaign to drive awareness of Kind July. We needed to develop a suite of creative assets that could be deployed on a range of high traffic outdoor (OOH) assets as well as on social media.

We developed a concept that used a hashtag #kindjuly that was used prominently on all the assets along with messaging such as “Do something kind this July”. We created powerful visuals using clean designs with bold graphics on striking colour backgrounds that would stand out in busy urban settings. We also branded vehicles that supported people in risky late-night settings and developed a social media campaign for Instagram.

The Stay Kind movement provides support to people in risky late night settings. We created attention-grabbing graphics to wrap the vehicles that were deployed in the city as support bases.
