Black Friday
During the annual Black Friday 4-day sale period, social media feeds are overwhelmed with often repetitive black, white and red sale tags that filter across all advertising platforms. Nespresso wanted to participate, but in a way that differentiated them from all the noise.
We were asked to develop a master key visual for the Nespresso Black Friday promotion to be used across multiple platforms including eDM, Social, Website, Digital and Boutiques. This was the first time Nespresso had taken part in the Black Friday promotional event, so it was important to create enticing and eye-catching creative that could turn purchase considerations into a sale.
We developed colourful and impactful creative that cut through the Black Friday advertising clutter and brought Nespresso’s campaign to life.
We created ads that popped when scrolling through noisy social media feeds. The ads featured bright contrasting colours that paired perfectly with the black accents, ensuring the Nespresso brand stood out from its competitors in a classy way.
With the Black Friday campaign being Nespresso’s first, they were very impressed with the spike in sales generated during the Black Friday Sale period and will look to take part in the promotion again in 2020.
